Refund policy

 

At SOS, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase, and we want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand new condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for items purchased directly from SOS.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Our Customer Support team is responsible for processing your returns- all you have to do is mail us a return request at sosdelhiofficial@gmail.com, with your order number and reason for return/exchange mentioned in the mail.

3. Refunds:

  • For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of the product being delivered back to our warehouse in the original, unworn condition, but in some cases may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require the customer to provide us with the bank account details/UPI ID where they want the refund to be processed. We request you to share the details only after our representative gets in touch with you regarding the same via our official email address, sosdelhiofficial@gmail.com.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference during the return process.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

  • Exchanges for an order will only be processed one time. Once the exchange order is delivered, it cannot be returned/exchanged again.
