Returns & Exchange

At SOS, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase, and we want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand new condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for items purchased directly from SOS.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• To start the return or exchange process, please visit our website and log in to your account (if applicable).

• Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.

• If you made your purchase as a guest, please contact our Customer Support team at sosdelhiofficial@gmail.com for assistance.

3. Refunds:

• For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the product is returned back to our warehouse in the original, unworn condition.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

4. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference during the return process.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

• Exchanges for an order will only be processed one time. Once the exchange order is delivered, it cannot be returned/exchanged again.
