Returns & Exchange
At SOS, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase, and we want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand new condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for items purchased directly from SOS.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To start the return or exchange process, please visit our website and log in to your account (if applicable).

Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.

If you made your purchase as a guest, please contact our Customer Support team at sosdelhiofficial@gmail.com for assistance.
3. Refunds:

For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the product is returned back to our warehouse in the original, unworn condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.
4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference during the return process.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
- Exchanges for an order will only be processed one time. Once the exchange order is delivered, it cannot be returned/exchanged again.
